Welcome to SecureLink. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SecureLink website, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using SecureLink, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SecureLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SecureLink provides cybersecurity services through:

• A browser extension that automatically scans websites you visit
• A web-based URL scanner (account required)
• Security warnings and threat notifications
• Account-based features including scan history and dark web monitoring
• Attack Surface Monitoring for registered domains (Enterprise plan)

3. Account Registration

An account is required to use SecureLink's scanning services. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes 25 link scans per day, basic threat detection, and a 7-day scan history. An account is required for all scanning.

4.2 Pro Plan ($14.99/month)

The Pro plan includes unlimited link scans, advanced threat detection, monitoring for up to 3 email accounts, API access, and email support. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

4.3 Enterprise Plan ($59.99/month)

The Enterprise plan includes everything in Pro, plus Attack Surface Monitoring for up to 25 domains with hourly scans, unlimited dark web monitoring, AI-powered remediation advice, team management, scheduled reports, and priority support. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

4.4 Attack Surface Monitoring

Enterprise subscribers may register domains for Attack Surface Monitoring. You represent that you have the legal authority to monitor any domain you register. SecureLink performs external reconnaissance only (DNS, SSL, WHOIS, HTTP headers, port scanning) and does not perform intrusive testing. You agree not to register domains you do not own or have authorization to monitor.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Attack Surface Monitoring data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

4.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass scan limits or rate limiting
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to excessively access the Service
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Submit false reports or manipulate threat data

6. Intellectual Property

SecureLink and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SecureLink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureLink shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from malware or security breaches not detected by the Service
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SecureLink, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

SecureLink may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, OAuth providers for login). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SecureLink regarding the Service.
